“Elegant but flawed - watch out English speakers!”
The first things are the positive things: my girlfriend and I were staying on the discounted 20-something Parador rate which was a huge bargain. We were put in a lovely big room with a sea view which was delightful. Breakfast was good, with quite a lot of choice and some delicious fresh fruit. The restaurant is meant to be superb: we enjoyed the food there (which at 25 euros for three courses offers good value) but the choice is limited and it didn’t quite live up to its reputation. Also the only people in the restaurant were guests of the hotel so it doesn’t really feel very authentic.
