“wonderful for walking”
Stayed at Lagos Azul appartments on the coast in the resort of Los Cancajos. March 26.03.20004 until April 02.04.2004
Appartments clean and comfortable but a lack of hot water
Weather was mixed - very windy , rain most days and sunshine
Beautiful island - very different from all main Canary islands. Not very many British visitors, mainly German and Dutch. Very friendly people - good service in restaurants and bars. First visit to hthe island but will definitely return.
Walkers paradise - old goat paths have been turned into “Walking Paths” - map can be obtained from excellent tourist office in Santa Cruz.
Paths are well advertised and it is easy to find out if you have made a mistake!!
